Grilled Chicken & Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast (8 oz), 5 asparagus spears, chicken bullion, mesquite seasoning, garlic clove and your favorite non stick cooking spray. (per serving)
Season your chicken breast with 1 teaspoon chicken bullion and about 1 tablespoon no sodium mesquite seasoning.
Chop your asparagus into about two inch stalks,
Heat your skillet over medium high heat, spray your favorite non stick spray and add 1 clove of garlic that you have either chopped thinly or crushed via a garlic press. Once your skillet is hot enough (the garlic should be turning golden) add your chicken breast,
After cook your chicken breast most of the way through (until your chicken breast is looking golden, not pink) add your asparagus.
Cook through to your desired texture for the asparagus. I like mine a little crunchy so this normally takes an additional 5-6 minutes only over medium high heat. Serve and enjoy!
