Post Workout Crepes:

*to add protein and fill out this post workout meal add lean protein and veggie stir fry to crepe and wrap to make a savory crepe*
Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
1 cup all purpose flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup non fat milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp salt, and 2 tbs butter (melted)
Combine all ingredients to a bowl and whisk for about a minute,
Spray your skillet with your favorite non stick spray and heat it over medium high heat. Then using a large soup spoon or ladle place a spoonful of the batter onto the middle of your skillet. Lift your skillet and spread the batter around (by twister/leaning your skillet side to side) to make the crepe thin. After about 2 minutes use a fork to lift one side of your crepe to see if it's turning golden underneath. Once it's golden flip it and repeat the process on the other side. Once your crepe is golden on both sides you can serve it. To up the protein intake and value of your post workout meal fill your crepe with your favorite lean protein and veggie stir fry to make a savory crepe.
