Recipe Faves #3: Chicken & Salsa

 The Breakdown:
Calories: 430
Total Fat: 19g
Carbs: 4g
Protein: 57g 

The Ingredients:
    2 boneless & skinless chicken breasts; 1/2 an avocado, pico de gallo (store bought or throw together diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, with some lemon juice and a small jalapeno pepper chopped thin and 1 garlic pressed garlic clove), and reduced fat cheddar cheese

 grab 1 - 2 chicken breasts seasoned with your favorite seasoning, I normally reach for chicken bullion and mesquite, bullion and crushed fresh garlic. Whatever you prefer will work, 
grill your chicken over medium high heat, once your grilled chicken is turning golden pull the pieces off and slice them to your liking, 
I then grab some fresh pico de gallo, either store bought or home made depending on what I have on hand, 
add the pico de gallo in, 
 then get out 1/2 an avocado and 2-3 oz of reduced fat cheddar cheese, and chop them to about 1/4 inch squares, 
 add the avocado and cheddar to your skillet, turn off the heat and mix your ingredients. this makes about 2 servings. Enjoy!
