Cardio mornings = a little natural sugar in the morning, this morning I'm choosing 1/2 a cup of POM Wonderful to start my day.... well that and a GIANT cup of black coffee!

Woot! Training week 1: 5.86 miles in 57.5 minutes :-) !!!
I know that may not be considered awesome by some out there, but hey, I'm the girl who used to run 14-15 minute miles so I find this amazing :-).
